Service Incident Update: Rating & Pricing System Outage

Exfresso Rating and Pricing services have been fully restored: Shipment quoting and booking should now be operating normally.

Our team has confirmed system stability and is continuing to monitor performance closely. If you are continuing to expeirence issues, you may need to re-login to Exfresso.

Our investigation determined that the outage was caused by a third-party cookie issue that interfered with data requests within the Rating process. Our engineering and infrastructure teams are conducting a full root cause analysis to ensure we understand exactly what happened and to implement safeguards to prevent this from recurring.

Service Outage: Rating & Pricing System Down

We are currently experiencing a service outage affecting our Rating and Pricing system. This issue impacts all customers. At this time, rating and pricing data is not available, and users are unable to price new shipments.

What Happened

Earlier today, we were alerted to a disruption in the Rating and Pricing features. Our engineering team immediately began investigating. We identified the issue is widespread, affecting all Exfresso environments.

What We’re Doing

Our teams are actively working to restore service as quickly as possible. We are treating this as our highest priority.

What You Can Expect

  • Temporary unavailability of Rating and Pricing features across all applications;
  • Ongoing updates as we work toward full restoration;
