No. Exfresso Connect is not a marketplace. Think of it as LinkedIn meets Sabre — a professional network for relationships, and infrastructure for rates. Your pricing is only visible to the partners you choose to work with.
What’s the difference between Exfresso Connect and Exfresso Quote?
Exfresso Connect is the network: you publish your rates, share them with the partners you choose, and find new partners to expand your coverage. Exfresso Quote is the pricing and booking platform: it rates shipments across multiple carriers and gives your customers a white-label portal to quote and book under your brand. You can use Exfresso Connect on its own, free to join, or alongside Exfresso Quote.

How do I find new freight partners on Exfresso Connect?
Search by geography, service type, or coverage gap. Whether you’re sourcing first and final mile providers or expanding into new lanes, you can find partners with structured rates already in place — and connect directly. You can also make it easier to manage and share rates with the people you already work with by finding (or inviting!) your existing partners onto the network.
Who can see my rates? Will my rates be visible to competitors?
Only the partners you choose can see your rates. Your rates are never visible to competitors or anyone you haven’t explicitly shared them with. You control visibility for every rate you publish, and you can update or revoke access at any time.
Do my partners need to be on Exfresso Connect to see my rates?
Yes. Your partners need to join Exfresso Connect to see the rates you share with them. It’s free to join, so you can invite the partners you already work with and manage all your shared rates in one place.
What happens when I update my rates?
You can update your rates at any time. Your updated rates are published instantly, and your partners are notified straight away. Each partner reviews and accepts the new rates before using them, so agreed pricing never changes without everyone on board.
Do I need to change my TMS to use Exfresso Connect?
No. Exfresso Connect works alongside whatever TMS you already use, so you can publish and share rates without changing systems. If you’d like a TMS, Exfresso Forward is available, but it’s optional.
Is my rate data secure on Exfresso Connect?
Yes. Exfresso has completed an independent SOC 2 Type I audit of its security controls. Your rates are only visible to the partners you choose, and you can revoke access at any time.
How much does Exfresso Connect cost?
Exfresso Connect is free to join, with no monthly fee. When your services are booked through the network, you pay a flat booking fee of $5 per domestic shipment or $10 per international shipment. See full pricing.
