Your To-Do List is only useful if it shows you what actually needs attention right now. When you’re managing dozens of active shipments, with countless tasks, sub-tasks and tracking updates, that’s harder than it sounds. Sometimes you’ve already checked on a shipment and there’s simply nothing to action yet — but it keeps sitting at the top of your list, demanding attention it doesn’t need.
We heard you: That’s why we’re proud to announce the new Snooze feature in Exfresso Forward.
What it does
Snooze lets you temporarily hide a shipment from your To-Do List for 8 hours. Think of it as telling Exfresso: “I’ve seen this. Check back with me later.”
When you’re ready to act on a shipment — but not right now — hit the Snooze button. The shipment disappears from your view and comes back automatically after 8 hours, ready for your attention again.
Why 8 hours? We know freight doesn’t run on a 9-to-5 schedule. 8 hours felt like the sweet spot — long enough to keep your list clean through a full shift, short enough that nothing slips through the cracks for too long. That said, we’re open to feedback. If 8 hours doesn’t work for how your team operates, tell us.
How it works
On any shipment row in your To-Do List, you’ll see a new Snooze button to the left of the expand arrow. One click, and the shipment is hidden for 8 hours. Nothing is deleted. Nothing is lost. Just out of the way until you need it.

If you need to see your snoozed shipments at any time, use the new Show Snoozed Shipments filter at the top of the To-Do List. Snoozed shipments are displayed with a Wake from Snooze button — so you can bring a shipment back instantly if something urgent comes up.

Freight moves fast, but not every shipment needs action every hour. Snooze helps your team stay focused on what matters right now — without losing track of what’s coming. It’s a small change to the interface, but it makes a real difference when you’re working through a long list under pressure.
Let us know if you like it!
This is just the start. We’re already working on letting you snooze from the shipment page itself, and giving you control over how long the snooze lasts. As always, we’re building based on what you tell us, so if you have feedback, we want to hear it!
