We’ve made some updates to how Rate Cards work in Exfresso Connect. The biggest one: creating a card no longer locks it to a single Forwarder.
Until now, Rate Cards were created for a single Forwarder. That shaped everything: how you built them, how you shared them, and how much duplication was involved.
As of June 10, 2026, we’ve removed that restriction.
Rate Cards are now built once, then shared across multiple partners. It’s a different starting point, and it opens up a more flexible way to manage rates across your network.

01 · Creating a new Rate Card
Rate Card creation no longer asks you to pick a partner.
When you click New Rate Card, it now asks just two questions — shipment portion (First Mile / Port-to-Port / Final Mile) and shipping product (Air, Ocean LCL, Ocean FCL) — plus a name.
After you click Create Rate Card you land directly in the Rate Card Wizard to enter your rates.
02 · Shares Tab
One card, many Forwarders.
Once your rates are in, share a Rate Card with one or more connected Forwarders from the new Shares tab on the card.
Each Forwarder reviews and publishes on their own timeline, so the same card can be live with one partner and still pending with another — and each published copy applies only to that partner’s customers.
03 · Improved communication
New Conversation tab per Rate Card.
We’ve added the Conversation tab to every Rate Card.
When you share a card, partners can ask questions right there before publishing.
No back-and-forth across email. No lost context.
These changes landed in Exfresso Connect on June 10, 2026.
