On every shipment, inside the Ledger section, you’ll now see a new Preview Invoices button sitting right next to Generate Invoices.
Click it, and we’ll open a clean PDF preview in a new tab — showing you exactly what your customer is about to receive.
It’s a simple addition, but it removes a surprising amount of friction.
With Invoice Preview, you can:
- Double-check charges, rates, and line items
- Catch small mistakes before they become awkward conversations
- Confirm formatting looks how you expect
- Send invoices with more confidence
